The KPI Rating List provides a consolidated view of performance scores submitted for employees based on predefined KPI categories. It helps leaders and managers evaluate overall contributions and compare performance over time.
🔍 What You Can Do Here
View Employee Scores
See a list of employees with their total KPI score, assigned leader, and the date of rating submission.
Edit or Remove Ratings
Use the ✏️ (edit) and 🗑️ (delete) icons to make changes or delete previous KPI entries.
Rating Type Management
Click the Rating Type button at the top-right to create or manage rating categories and descriptions (like “Customer Service Excellence”).
Create New KPI Entry
Click the Create button to assign a new KPI score to an employee by choosing a department, selecting a leader, and assigning star ratings for each KPI metric.
🧠 KPI Performance Levels
⭐ 5 – Exceptional: Significantly exceeds job requirements and outperforms 90%+ of peers.
⭐ 4 – Highly Effective: Often exceeds expectations and performs better than 75–80% of peers.
⭐ 3 – Effective: Meets all job requirements.
⭐ 2 – Inconsistent: Meets some but not all job expectations.
⭐ 1 – Unsatisfactory: Rarely meets required performance standards.
