The Goal Tracking section allows you to define, track, and update performance goals for your teams. You can set clear objectives, monitor progress, and align your workforce with your business targets.
View Active Goals: See all existing goals along with their subjects, target achievements, progress, and duration.
Track Progress: Instantly check how far along each goal is using the progress bars.
Edit or Delete: Use the ✏️ pencil icon to update a goal or 🗑️ trash icon to remove it.
To create a new goal:
Click on the Create button at the top right.
Fill in the following fields:
Branch: Choose the location the goal applies to.
Goal Type: Select a category (e.g. Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency).
Start & End Dates: Define the timeline.
Subject: Enter the main topic or objective.
Target Achievement: Clearly outline the measurable outcome.
Description: Add details or context.
Click Create to save the goal.
Improve Customer Feedback Scores: Achieve an average rating of 4.5/5 by next quarter.
Reduce Food Waste: Cut down by 20% through better inventory control.
Staff Training Completion: Ensure all team members complete modules in two months.
Use clear and measurable targets for effective tracking.
Keep descriptions brief but specific to guide team actions.
Regularly update goal progress to reflect ongoing efforts.
