Select the Branch and Employee
Choose the Appraisal Month
Rate competencies in:
Technical Skills: Customer Experience, Marketing, Administration
Organizational Attributes: Professionalism, Integrity, Attendance
Add remarks to summarize the evaluation

Edit or Delete Entries
Use the ✏️ (edit) or 🗑️ (delete) icons to update or remove any appraisal as needed.
