View indicators by branch, department, and designation
Set technical and organizational competencies
Assign ratings like Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
Edit or delete existing indicators
The main list shows:

Click the 👁️ Eye icon to see full details for each indicator, including competency levels.
Click the ✏️ Edit icon to update an indicator or the 🗑️ Delete icon to remove it.
Click the Create button in the top-right corner.
Select:

Administration
Organizational Competencies:
Professionalism
Integrity
Attendance
Choose rating levels such as:
None
Beginner
Intermediate
Expert
Click Create to save the indicator.
