📊 Indicator – Performance Module

The Indicator section allows you to set performance benchmarks for each role based on competencies. This ensures structured appraisals across branches, departments, and designations.

✨ What You Can Do Here

• View indicators by branch, department, and designation

• Set technical and organizational competencies

• Assign ratings like Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced

• Edit or delete existing indicators

🧭 How to Use It

📄 Viewing the Indicator List

The main list shows:

• Branch

• Department

• Designation

• Created By

• Created Date

Click the 👁️ Eye icon to see full details for each indicator, including competency levels.

Click the ✏️ Edit icon to update an indicator or the 🗑️ Delete icon to remove it.

➕ Creating a New Indicator

1. Click the Create button in the top-right corner.

2. Select:

   • Branch

   • Department

   • Designation

3. Assign levels for:

   • Technical Competencies:

     • Customer Experience

     • Marketing

     • Administration

   • Organizational Competencies:

     • Professionalism

     • Integrity

     • Attendance

4. Choose rating levels such as:

   • None

   • Beginner

   • Intermediate

   • Expert

5. Click Create to save the indicator.

• Use consistent rating levels across all indicators.

• Keep indicators updated with current expectations and goals.
