The table displays:
Department 🏢 — The team or section the employee belongs to
Employee Name 👤 — Name of the staff member
Emp. No 🔢 — Unique employee number
Allowed Leave 📅 — Total number of leave days allocated annually
Used Leave ❌ — How many days have been taken so far
Calculate Leave ✅ — Automatically computed: Allowed Leave - Used Leave
The table is paginated with navigation controls ⬅️ ➡️
Use the search bar 🔎 (top-right) to quickly filter by department or employee name
Scroll to view additional rows — the list supports bulk employee data
💡 Leave balances here are pulled into all leave requests and payroll summaries. Ensure this data is updated at the start of each fiscal or calendar year.
