The Score Rank tab provides a live leaderboard of employees based on their earned or lost reward points (referred to as Diamonds). This section helps you evaluate employee performance and engagement across branches.
Choose Branch
Filter the leaderboard to view employees from a specific branch or view across all branches.
Select Employee
Narrow down the leaderboard to focus on a particular employee’s score.
Search Functionality
Use the search bar to instantly find any employee by name or ID.
Employee ID – The name or ID of the employee.
Branch – The employee’s assigned location.
Diamonds – Shows the current point balance. Positive scores reflect good attendance and performance; negative scores reflect penalties.
Level – Automatically assigns a level based on score thresholds (e.g., Level 1, Level 5).
