๐Ÿ“ Reports Overview The Reports section provides five key insights into your teamโ€™s working patterns: Daily Totals, Monthly Total, Employee Totals, Location Totals, and Role Totals.


๐Ÿ”Ž Accessing Reports

  1. Click Reports in the left menu

  2. Use the filters at the top to narrow by Date, Location, User, or Role

  3. Click the ๐Ÿ” button to apply filters

๐Ÿ“Š Daily Totals

A line chart showing the number of shifts or hours worked each day. Helpful for tracking day-to-day trends.

๐Ÿ“… Monthly Total

An area chart summarising total hours and costs by month, giving you an atโ€‘aโ€‘glance view of monthly performance.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Employee Totals

A bar chart showing total hours per employee, so you can identify your top contributors and balance workloads.

๐Ÿ“ Location Totals

A pie chart illustrating the distribution of hours across your branches, helping you compare performance by location.

A pie chart breaking down hours by role, so you can see how different positions contribute to overall staffing.

Can I export this data?
Yes. Click the โ‹ฎ menu in the top-right corner of each widget and select Export.

How do I reset filters?
Click the Clear icon next to the filters to remove all selections.

Why am I seeing zero values?
No shifts match the current filter criteria. Try widening the date range or clearing filters.
