Quickly record new sales transactions in the eHubt Mobile App.

Finance
Tap Finance from the main menu.
Add Sale
Tap the + icon and select Add Sales.

Select Branch
Choose the branch where the sale occurred.
Select Group
Pick the sales category or group (e.g., Food, Beverage).
Submit Initial Details
Tap Submit to proceed to the full entry form.
Enter Sale Details
Item: Select the specific sales item.
Payment Method: Choose cash, card, or third-party (e.g., Uber Eats).
Date: Set the sale date.
Amount: Enter the gross sale value.
Review Automated Fields
The system will auto-fill:
Tax
Commission
Net Amount
Add Extras
Comment: Attach any notes (e.g., special discounts).
Receipt Image: Upload a photo of the receipt if needed.
Submit
Tap Submit to save the sale.
The new record appears in your sales list immediately.

Batch Entries: Quickly add multiple sales by repeating steps for the same date.
Verify Totals: Always cross-check the auto-calculated fields before submitting.
Attach Proof: Upload receipt images to support audit trails.
