Create predefined termination reasons (e.g., Documentation Issue, Health Issue)
Edit the name of any existing termination type
Delete outdated or incorrect entries
Each record includes:
Termination Type – A descriptive reason for employee departure
✏️ Edit – Change the termination type label
🗑️ Delete – Remove the type from the list if no longer applicable
Keep reasons factual and HR-compliant
Avoid vague terms—clarity helps in documentation and reporting
You can later filter terminated employees based on these labels
