This section allows you to define the types of documents employees are required to upload or provide. Creating clear document types ensures consistent records across the organization.

View the list of predefined document types
Add custom document types as per company needs
Edit or delete any existing type
Click the Create button on the top right.
Enter the name of the document type (e.g., Passport, ID Card, Diploma).
Click Save to finalize.
✏️ Edit – Update a document type name.
🗑️ Delete – Remove a document type from the list if no longer required.
Use lowercase or title case consistently across all entries.
Avoid duplicates like passport and Passport.
You can align required document types with your onboarding process or HR checklist.
